PROCOMFORT WARRANTY
Procomfort warrants that products sold directly and/or through its authorized dealers and/or resellers are free from defects in material and workmanship
Products:
Products sold for professional/work use: All EVOLUTION series armchairs are fully guaranteed for 7 (seven) years except those armchairs used for multiple operating cycles-according to BS 5459 certification-fully guaranteed for 28 (twenty-eight) months from the date of purchase, certified by a sales document. ULTRA series chairs are fully guaranteed for 3 (three) years from the date of purchase, certified by a sales document. Products sold to individuals for non-professional use: EVOLUTION series chairs are fully guaranteed for 7 (seven) years from the date of purchase, certified by a sales document. ULTRA series chairs are fully guaranteed for 3 (three) years from the date of purchase, certified by a sales document. For new armchairs sold after the product has left production, only the warranties provided by the Civil Code will be recognized.
1.1
Parts subject to warranty:
- Seat and backrest of new seats, including: gas lift cylinder, upholstery or fabric, base-both cast aluminum and polymer, linkages (translation, elevation, backrest tilt, tilt tension knob), wheels.
2.1
Provisions for All Products In the event that defects in material or workmanship are found in a product, part, or component during the warranty period, Procomfort agrees to repair such product, part, or component or replace it with an identical or similar product of its choice free of charge in the manner set forth below.
2.2
Any product, part or component for which replacement or repair is sought under the warranty , shall not have been subjected to unreasonable use and shall not have been modified or tampered with by any third party.
2.3
This warranty applies only to purchasers who have acquired the products from Procomfort or from a Procomfort-authorized dealer and/or reseller.
2.4
Warranty runs from the date of purchase certified by sales receipt and/or invoice.
2.5
Replacement and/or repair of the product will not result in the novation of the warranty, and the warranty terms will remain as they were from the date of purchase of the product.
2.6
The following material characteristics will not be considered defects:
- Wear of fabrics and upholstery in any material, stains, marks or creases occurring after delivery.
2.7
Procomfort warranty will not cover:
- Defects or failures resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Color stability or color matching of fabrics;
- The buyer’s fabrics or any other materials provided by the buyer.
- Defects or failures resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning treatment.
- Abrasion or detachment of parts of the product resulting from occasional and/or continued impact or rubbing.
Warranty arrangements:
Procomfort will repair or replace with a product of equal value, at its discretion and free of charge (for materials and components) any product, part or component that fails under normal use. Products sold for professional/work use:

Procomfort in the 12 (twelve) months, i.e. 365 days from the date of purchase, will repair any manufacturing defects at its own care and expense. It will also be at its own care and expense to collect the goods at the Customer’s domicile and return the repaired product or replace it with another of equal or similar or higher value.

Procomfort during the period commencing on the first day of the 13th month, i.e., from the 366th day commencing from the date of purchase of the product, to the end of the 24th (twenty-fourth) month commencing from the date of purchase of the product, will, at its own care and expense, repair any manufacturing defects. It will be at the Customer’s care and expense to ship the goods from its home and to collect from the supplier the repaired product or replace it with another of equal or similar or higher value.

Procomfort in the period from the 25th (twenty-fifth) month to the 84th (eighty-fourth) month – for products in the EVOLUTION series – and from the 25th (twenty-fifth) month to the 36th (thirty-sixth) month for products in the ULTRA series – commencing from the date of purchase of the product, will, at its own care and expense, replace any parts of the product that show manufacturing defects with parts equal to or conforming to the original. It will be at the Customer’s expense to ship the goods from his home and to collect the repaired product or its replacement with another one from the supplier, in addition to the labor costs necessary to restore the product to its original condition.

Products purchased for 24h intensive use have the warranty terms reduced to one-third of the coverage period, or 28 months for EVOLUTION series products.
Products sold to individuals for non-professional use:
1.
Procomfort in the 24 (months) months, i.e. 730 days starting from the date of purchase, will repair any manufacturing defects at its own care and expense. It will also be at its own care and expense to pick up the goods at the Customer’s domicile and return the repaired product or replace it with another of equal or similar or higher value.
2.
Procomfort in the period from the 25th (twenty-fifth) month to the 84th (eighty-fourth) month – for products in the EVOLUTION series – and from the 25th (twenty-fifth) month to the 36th (thirty-sixth) month for products in the ULTRA series – commencing from the date of purchase of the product, will, at its own care and expense, replace any parts of the product that show manufacturing defects with parts equal to or conforming to the original. It will be at the Customer’s expense to ship the goods from his home and to collect the repaired product or its replacement with another one from the supplier, in addition to the labor costs necessary to restore the product to its original condition.
